• Business transformation and process automation with Quandatics, including a custom CRM shaped around the team's operating workflow.
• Web3 product management involving proprietary AI research, covering problem framing, prioritisation, technical collaboration, and delivery.
• Data science and machine-learning coaching through Quandatics Academy, supported by public resources such as my hands-on MLOps tutorial.
• Applied research at Monash University Malaysia and an open-source contribution merged into SymPy.
