I coordinate delivery for CryptoRails and work with Quandatics on the [internal CRM](https://app.quandatics.com) linking sales, project delivery, and finance. I also teach data science and machine learning at Quandatics Academy. At Monash University Malaysia, I research wastewater treatment plant prediction using RNNs, Transformers, and Markov chain methods. This includes the [Monash Water Platform](https://jienweng.github.io/projects/monash-water/), CitizenFlood Android app, and operator dashboard. My other research interests include multi-agent reinforcement learning, market microstructure, and quantitative finance. We assessed daily IMERG Final V07 rainfall over Malaysia from October 2015 to September 2025, separating regional rainfall patterns from gauge-footprint and gauge-to-footprint effects. IMERG can screen regional rainfall patterns, but local high-intensity verification remains gauge-dependent. Agents with the least information cooperate most (83% versus 42% under full observation), attributable to state-space compression.
